#PatientA recorded the audio of a meeting with one of this NHS Trust's Directors. We will be publishing it all here.
Since being told about the audio recording, the Trust has not provided Patient A. with a copy of their transcript of the meeting, despite being asked for one. They should have provided one automatically, as part of their own protocols.
We'll keep trying to obtain a copy to compare to the audio files in our possession.
